I had a wonderful 7-night stay at the Riva Hotel Nisantasi. The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by shops and markets, which made exploring easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Bilal, who made me feel welcome. However, the fridge in my room had a glass door, and the light stayed on even when it was closed, which was a bit disruptive at night.

I truly loved my stay at Riva Hotel Nisantasi! The location is fantastic with lots of shopping options just down the street. My suite was clean and spacious, and the hospitality from every team member was great, especially Olcay, Mehmet, and Burcuu. The only downside was a tiny issue with the fridge light, but overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return!
